My personal favorite painting is located at the MOA, Karl Bloch's "Healing at the Pools of Bethesda".
Right now they have the coolest exhibit called "Cliche' and Collusion." It's all about the impact that the media has on society. It should be there till Feb. It really is fascinating.
One of the pieces that I thought was absolutely amazing in the Demise of Modernism exhibit was "Hiroshima." It took me a second to figure out what I was really looking at. Other pieces made their point/got their idea across, but "Hiroshima" had power behind it as well.
